One thing you can do is ear candling, this will pull a lot of yeast from the ears.

the next thing you can try is a detoxifying foot bath, that will also help with excess yeast.

There are things you can purchase from a health store such as a candida cleanse. (I have never tried this)

I also suggest purchasing lavender and tea tree essential oils and put 8-20 drops of each into a bath. these oils will also help with yeast infections.

Good luck!!!

The best way to eliminate excessive yeast from the body. I would do a complete body cleansing. You would change your diet.
I have listed below all foods that should be avoided if at all possible.
* milk
* sugar in all forms (including fruit and high fructose corn syrup)
* all wheat products (read labels carefully!)
* processed and packaged foods
* all food colors and dyes
* corn
* eggs
* chocolate
* condiments like vinegar, catsup, soy sauce and all fermented foods

Probiotics are usually the first line of defense. These capsules containing friendly bacteria help to restore the natural balance of bacteria and yeast in your digestive system. Although probiotics are unlikely to completely take care of your problem, they will begin the job.

I use a product called Oxy-Powder. This product is a oxygen based colon cleanser. This product makes it an inhospitable environment for candida.

You should try doing a liver flush and Parasite Cleanser.

The company that makes the Oxy-Powder also provides the complete cleansing system.The website to visit is www.ghchealth.com

Check with the health food store - a few products are candex, grapefruit seed oil, turmeric, and many others.
Start slowly and work up there will be die-off (cramps, bloating) the more you take the worse it will be.
Replace with pro-biotics (refrigerated are best) so the yeast does not have a chance to regrow.
Avoid sugars minimize carbs - that is what they eat which produces the toxins.

Muscles advise and principles related to headaches.... Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

Two things that I have found to help me. Acidophilus, it comes in capsule form now that you don't have to keep in the refrigerator. One billion active cultures once a day should do you if you currently don't have an overgrowth. I would up it to 2-3 times a day if you do. Another is Pau d'arc, is a tree native to the tropical regions of Central and South America. It has antimicrobial activity against a wide variety of organisms including bacteria, fungi, yeasts. You can purchase it in tea or capsule form. The tea is a little bitter and astringent tasting, but you kind of get use to it. Make sure you steep the tea about 10 minutes to get the goodness out!

Yeast flourishes in sugary environments, so you should eliminate all processed sugars from your diet (sugar, sugar cane, corn syrup, maple syrup, etc) as well as processed carbohydrates (e.g., white bread) and alcohol. If eliminating these foods does not help the problem, try eliminating gluten from your diet (wheat, oats, rye, and barley). The excessive yeast in your body may be a manifestation of a gluten intolerence.

Foods you can add to your diet:
- Yogurt (preferably organic) with live yogurt cultures
- Fiber (e.g., ground flax seeds)
- Garlic
- Acidophilius supplement (promotes good flora in your digestive system)

I eat a lot of things most people would consider bad for you, but I take 2 tbls. of apple cider vinegar in water 2-3 times a day. ACV kills off any yeast or bacteria in the body. Read the apple cider vinegar websites. I also drink 2-3 gallons of water per day too. Have not had a cold or flu in almost 3 years.
