TEXAS always tops! Every other state (or country) just isn't as great! We're just waiting for that frozen barren Alaska to melt before we become the biggest state again. We are the best, most incredible, most interesting, friendliest COUNTRY in the world! Each city is amazing and has its own character, and the history is very rich! God Bless TEXAS!
Second: California. Is it liberal? Unfortunately. Is it a rival state of Texas? Yes. But, I used to live there, and I didn't think it was so bad. You couldn't pay me to live there again, but I love visiting. Outside of the leftist cities, it's really a beautiful and diverse state! Great colleges, too.
Last: Kentucky, for it to be so economically and educationally dismal, the people are very cold, sour, and think they are "special" (like "white trash with money!") The horse farms are beautiful. But, the eastern KY mountains are not pretty at all after fall foliage; in fact, they are really quite trashy. I lived there. I DETEST Kentucky!

As a trucker, I have spent a lot of time in California, Texas, and Kentucky, I don't mean to slander anyone, but California sucks.It's a police state. I like Texas round Dallas and Ft. Worth area. Kentucky is fine.

Well I've lived in all three and I say CA (lived in Orange County) and TX (lived in San Antonio) are my favorites. Love the climate, love the atmospheres of both of them.
Kentucky is gorgeous. My parents have a horse farm there and it's beautiful. Some of the places are trashy, but where I lived was lovely.
Right now I live in San Diego and I'm partial to it!

Arizona was it for me. The minute I arrived I knew this was it. I lived in CA, it's OK. I am in Michigan, moving this summer to Austin, TX. So we'll see what all the Texans are raving about. Got to go some to beat southern CA and AZ.
