looking for some good excersices that i can do at home without having to go to a gym and that don't require any expensive equipment. anything would be good, thanks!

u can do sit ups and back kicks. Do 5 series of 15 situps and 4 series of 12 kick backs.

look up 'pilates' in google or yahoo!search.
you could also buy a yoga DVD and do it at home.
