is proof of child endangerment on the part of Anna and Howard k Stern. Daniels sudden early death when he no longer needed a gaurdian for his self or his money. First moment he is alone with Howard Stern he turns up dead in a foreign country. Hmmm
Then Anna Nicole. If the Judge cares for baby most, and Texas wants to prove their point about this control freak psycho that was manipulating Anna with who knows what, (probably threatening to hurt Daniel or blow her case for the Marshall cash or both) why then, doesn't Texas present this video in court tomorrow and America demand the baby be turned over to CPS for its safety immediately? He is an obvious con artist after seeing and hearing these details. He loved Anna so much he let her sleep with other men for her happiness. HELLO. Why isn't this tape taken seriously as an opportunity to save this baby from an untimely death, if things don't go Mr. Sterns way?

Bahamas have temporary guardianship, they are protecting her.
The deaths are suspicious, he could of topped son and mom off by filling their daily vitamins with their daily downer crushed up, who knows. I think her legal future was in Howard Sterns hands and she had to keep him around plus he helped her habit and kissed her kaboody just enough to manipulate her. God help that baby if he is as guilty as I think he is.

What i dont understand is why the paternity has not been tested yet.. why are they waiting to find out who the father is? THe baby should be w/ the father, but they dont even care who it is.. like she is just a piece of crap.. they dont care where she gets flushed.
