"15"Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them."

With daily bombings and hundreds a month killed in the name of Islam, is there a better description of Mohamend out there?

I have read this before and it is certainly true. This is a very good description of the false prohet Mohammad and the reason for the bombings in the name of Islam. They obviously hate the Christians and the Jews don't they?

My dear Ursustrader, firstly it is "Mohammad" (in the standard transliteration, although there are some acceptable variations), not "Mohamend". Please take note.
I rather think that the words of Christ in this admittedly ambiguous passage warn us against people who take passages of scripture out of context and use them to give divine sanction to their own agenda. Every time I hear a Christian using the Gospel of love to promote hatred of Islam, I see ferocious wolves clothed in woolly theology.
Your closing remark about "hundreds a month killed in the name of Islam" is a fair one, although a) I think you over-simplify: hundreds a month are killed in the name of various politicised forms of Islam, with the politics rather than the religion arguably of primary importance, and b) do you think Christianity doesn't have blood on its hands? Unfortunately, most religions - good trees - have produced evil fruit throughout history, and Christianity is certainly no exception. There is good religion and there is bad religion, but there are not good and bad religions.

Frankly, I would admonish you for taking scriptures out of context, and using them to make a point they weren't intended to make. The false prophets that Jesus was talking about in the passage you quote were false prophets that would attempt to lure HIS people away from HIS message, once He was gone. They would be people posing as (Christian) authorities, and He is warning us that this will happen, and that like a lot of good counterfeits, it would be difficult to tell them apart from the real thing. So He instructs us to observe how they live, speak, treat other people, and if they are genuine prophets of His, they will live lives that are consistent with the things that He taught his disciples. Otherwise, they wouldn't, and that's how we would know that they weren't real prophets.

This scripture passage has absolutely NOTHING to do with ISLAM/MOHAMED, or any other religion.

You know, I am a Christian and don't feel that is fair. I have to say that PLENTY has been done that isn't "Good Fruit" in the name of Jesus. There are plenty of fanatical Christians as well as fanatical Muslims. Abortion clinic bombings, child abuse in the name of Jesus, witch hunts, and a persecution of infidels in our own holy wars. Does that mean Jesus didn't bear good fruit or was a false prophet?

Well I don't need to comment on Mohammed because he isn't the one we are dealing with right now.
We are dealing with Osama bin Laden, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Sayyid Ali Khameini, Abu Ayyub al-Masri, Abdul Alim Musa, Hassan Dahir Aweys, and their ilk.
These are false prophets for sure.

Yes, he was a tree who bore bad fruit and so he was cut down.

What about the folks killed in the name of Christianity? Remember, we invaded their sovereign country without provocation.
