Susie, it's real meat.
I'm vegetarian and I eat Taco Bell a lot, there's a lot to choose from!
nacho bell grande with NO meat
Taco Salad with NO meat
7 layer burrito
bean burritos
Cheese quesadilla
mexican Pizza with NO meat
Chalupa with beans INSTEAD of meat
....just to name some ideas.

Taco Bell uses 100% USDA Grade D beef (for their ground beef at least).
For the vegetarians out there, if you have their beans, you are eating a bit of lard...avoid the place.

I don't think so, but you can call them and as. Also organic and fake are 2 different things. Organic means they dont feed the animals steroids and other crapp, and fake is made out of soy or bean curd.
