I am moving to Concord, New Hampshire and wanted to know if anyone knows of music venues that play live music. I have looked online and can't seem to get any listings. I am looking for any names and/or websites. My main interest is rock/alternative/metal bands but anything that you know of would be appreciated around the Concord area.

There's a few locations around New Hampshire. I live in Belmont and Meadowbrook's just a few minutes away (about a half an hour from Concord). There's also the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. They have concerts all year, I'm pretty sure. Meadowbrook has concerts all summer long.

For larger concerts, the previous respondents have it right - in Manchester it's the Verizon Wireless arena. On the seacoast, there are a few places; north, it's Meadowbrook.
Don't forget that Concord is about 60 to 90 minutes from Boston, so you've got the civic center there with lots of stuff.
And, of course, you've got plenty of small bars with bands, even in Concord.

There arent many places around new hampshire that play live music. The only place to go is the verizon wireless arena in manchester. There website is verizonwirelessarena.com
You can see a list of events on there website. I know My Chemical Romance is performing there tomorrow.
