well hes really dence so drounding would b the only that could kill him... but other then that idk i dont think there is one

He's not actually made of rock. His skin just looks like rock. He also doesn't really have a weakness-- at least not one in the same sense that Superman's weakness is Kryptonite. That said, there have been times when he has been bothered by his own monsterous appearance, so maybe that could be considered a psychological weakness, although these days in the comic he has reconciled himself with the fact that he looks like a rock being.
