I am so sick of Paula and Seacrest being so nicey nicey with the contestents. Randy gives a fair appraisal srom time to time. What I like about Simon is that he says exactly what I am thinking (usually).
I thought what he said to seacrest at the end of the episode last night was dead on about being honest. I know that if I was on Idol, I would want the truth and not the phoney hoorah help from Abdul.
I so hope she is kicked off the show after this year. She only had one half descent album a decade and a half ago anyway. I wouldn't mind seeing hasslehoff on. He is a rah rah guy too, but atleast he is entertaining.

I KNOW WHAT U MEAN!!! everyone's like oh yea, simon is so mean 2 teh contestants and doesn't have a heart. HELLO?!?!? he's simply telling the truth, u can't have ALL the judges being all nice the whole show!! simon tells it like it is. paula compliments the ppl everytime, even when they sucked. randy just goes, yo dawg, it was a little pitchy*shakes hands to emphasize* but it was good.

What approximately guitarist, drummers, bassest, etc. human beings in simple terms watch it to A. See the talentless jerks get mocked by potential of Simon and cry. B. To vote for his or her admired who they could no longer even think of is a robust singer. they might vote through fact they think of they are amazing or they sense sorry for them. Its in simple terms BS. however the international is packed with those with no longer something extra effectual to do than stay via the television and get fatter, so thats why the tutor is a fulfillment.

Yeah. I agree. Simon is the only one who tells it like it is, straight up. Paula is too soft, she should just give it to em. and Randy doesnt know what the heck hes talking about when he judges.

I like Simon because he doesn't blow smoke up anyone's @ss. If someone sucks, he tells them. I hate how Paula always has to say something nicey-nice like "Oh you look so pretty", or "Oh, I love your sweater". What the hell does that have to do with singing?

I have to agree with you about Simon but I would like to know why someone in these kids family haven't told them the truth in the first place then Simon wouldn't be humiliating them.

Yes, Simon is the only one who seems to get the fact that it is a singing competition. Nothing else. Have you noticed that he rarely looks at the contestants, he only listens. Unless they can really sing, then he pays more attention to the complete package.
