Neutrogena Full Volume is my favorite mascara ever! I think it's like $7, but i could be wrong. I remember it was pretty cheap, though. It doesn't get clumpy, no matter how many coats you put on. It also makes your lashes full and long. I've also heard pretty good results for Bad Gal Lash from Benefit. I was with my friend when she bought it at Sephora, and I think it was around $25. Mascaras tend to have different results with different people though, so you may want to try a product before you buy it.
If you don't feel satisfied with a mascara, you can always apply fake lashes.

Mary Kay has the Ultimate Mascara, which really pumps up my blonde eyelashes. Some companies sell lash primer which is supposed to thicken lashes, but I've only had them make mine goopy and gross. If you'd like to try some samples just let me know!

My absolute favorite for big lashes is Dior DiorShow, $23. You can get it in nice dept. stores or at Sephora-- which is a great place to go because you can try out a bunch of different kinds and find what you like.

I really like hypotenuse from Lancome.
They sell it at Dillards for about $28.
It gave me the perfect lashes without clump.
Also Chanel Extracils gives super lengthened lashes and is really light.
They sell it at Dillards for $25.
THey sell these brands at other places. Dillards is where i purchased them.

go to the department store and try them out, they work sooo much better then the ones at wal mart target etc. the prices are higher of course but worth it. lucy from " i love lucy" wears fake eyeleashes.. so you can try those too.
MAC.. sephora, ulta.. etc are other make up stores.

That would be hard if your lashes are short. I suggest fakes lashes and Maybeline mascara are good. I prefer Avon though. I suggest... MAC?!
