How about a bottle of 30 year old wine?
A friend of mine was given two bottles of wine fro his 21st birthday. Thewy were 21 years old. He opened them on his 40th birthday. The best wine I have ever drunk

make her a 30 page scrap book with stuff and pictures of her life and/activites. My sister starred in her schools production of a barbara streisand play. The play came out in 1954, and i got her a copy of the original playbill, and framed it. She loved it cuz that play was really good for her. You could do something like that.

I always know you can not go wring with jewlery.Go to tiffany's and get her a necklace.Then get her a bracelet that has 30 diamonds on it for her being 30.

I love getting pedicures and manicures :) Its something you could do together, then go have lunch and have them send out a cake or desert you had purchased earlier with 30 on it.. thats what i would like anyways :)

I say get her a nice bottle of perfume. It's inexpensive, and inoffensive. Besides, almost all women love things that have to do with bodycare.

do something speceal like maybe a personalised photo album filled with photos of her past 30 years. sign the inside with a speceal birthday greeting. its a keepsake that she will cherish.
