Celebrate your ability but please don't sacrifice your childhood trying to get into the biz too soon. I'm not insulting you when I say you are a child. This is a time to cherish, not race through. You cannot get that time back and later you will want to be young again.
There is so much artistic integrity in simply developing your talent without a lot of expectation. In time, you will be noticed, if you are that good, and if you keep your focus on getting better at what you do.
Another thing, obviously is pursue your education. Many many worthy musicians don't make it in the industry. You can't count on it as a career.
That is why you keep your priorities straight. See, if you love the music and the music making process instead of triying to get noticed by someone else, then it doesn't matter if you make it or not.
Your mentors right now, aside from distant inspiration by your fav musicians...should be your music teachers. You can get piano and guitar lessons to help you master the instrument. As those basic skills increase you can use them to express yourself.
A comparison is having this beautiful love letter to write or having a story to share, but you don't know the alphabet. There are 26 letters, a very limited and boring collection it would seem. But when you learn them, learn the rules of putting them together, and develop your own style...well, pretty soon, you can say anything you want. It is the same with basic principles of any instrument. Learn how the instrument works, basic principles of music composing, and then you have the tools to pick and choose from. Maybe you will innovate, certainly there is room for developing a style and breaking the rules sometimes. But before you are your own thing, you have to know how you fit in the bigger picture.
But aside from that, learn the basics in academics, as well as living skills. Your mentors as much as anyone else, I would hope are your parents. You have to develop a very very strong character. Work ethic, self-esteem, confidence, teamwork, communication, perserverance, delayed gratification of pleasure, patience...all these things will keep you from being slammed and tossed by the waves of the music business. Because in the end, music is a business commodity to many people, and you and your work become a product, complete with trends that make you hot one day and horrible the next. You have to be able to work within that system and yet disagree with it.
So in the end, you should stay focussed on personal excellence in your music, and create it for yourself. Nothing else matters. When you do this, you will be noticed by anyone who is privileged enough to hear your music, and you will live through it if you become a star.

A business opportunity consists of four integrated elements all of which are to be present within the same timeframe (window of opportunity) and most often within the same domain or geographical location, before it can be claimed as a business opportunity. These four elements are:
1. A need
2. The means to fulfill the need
3. A method to apply the means to fulfill the need and;
4. A method to benefit
With any one of the elements missing, a business opportunity may be developed, by finding the missing element. The more unique the combination of the elements, the more unique the business opportunity. The more control an institution (or individual) has over the elements, the better they are positioned to exploit the opportunity and become a niche market leader. http://www.123moneynow.tk/
