If a player jumped out side the line, throw the ball while he's in the air and landed in side the circle. will it be counted three points

Yes, It doesn't matter where your feet are when you land, it only matters where your feet are when you jump to take the shot. If you watch closely, alot of players jump with both feet behind the arc, and then land with one or both of their feet on or over the line. The same applies for the out of bounds line. It is perfectly legal for a player to jump while he is inbounds, shot and make a shot, and then land out of bounds. The only time a line comes into play is on a free throw. A player who is shooting, can't cross the free throw line until after his shot has hit the rim, however, in the NBA, players lined up for the free throw can cross into the paint as soo as the shoot is released.
