Hi My son is now on stage 1 foods and I was wondering if vomiting right away from a food means anything specific? I gave him a small spoon and he vomited right away all over everything for the first time. Then about 10 minutes later while i was feeding him bananas i tried again giving him a small spoon of peas and he vomited again. My son does have a milk allergy so allergies are possible.

Vomiting is common for babies.

I wouldn't worry about it unless he starts losing weight.

he probably is allegric but you should really ask a doctor. Maybe he just doesnt like those foods. Stop feeding tose certain foods for a while about 2 weeks. then try again, see if he still vomits it.

maybe he doesnt like the food so his body reacted or maybe he was full off of milk. or there's a chance he just didnt feel well and had a little stomach virus. I know its a big consern to you but its nothing to worry to much about. unless it continues

Oh, you shouldn't feed your children fruit if they have an upset stomache. Try this, it's on WebMD.

you really need to talk to his Dr.about this problem
if it persists...It could mean something more, or be nothing at all..
