Im a girl and he's a guy. We are really good freinds. I'm worried that if he doesn't acept, we'll lose our relationship.

Well, if he does show signs of liking you, it might be fun for the two of you. However, if he doesn't want to have a relationship with you, or if you do get together and then break up, things may become awkward and they may change.
Ask your friend if he would ever like you, or if he does. Bring it up casually and drop it after he has answered. Don't make a big deal out of it.
If you do end up asking, say it calmly and most likely to his face. Just say, "We have a great friendship but lately I have been developing a crush on you, and I was just wondering if you liked me back." If he does end up liking you, then continue and ask, "Would you be interested in going out, maybe?" If he's not comfortable with that, accept his choice and say "OK, that's fine." Don't bring it up again. Chances are he is not comfortable with that idea.

I know where you're at. Im at the exact same point with a girl.
I say go for it. If you don't you might regret never taking the chance like I have. And hopefully you guys can work out a way to be friends no matter what happens. Good luck.

He may be great as a friend and horrible as a boyfriend.If you guys start dating it might ruin a perfectly good friendship.Think long and hard about that.
Ask yourself do you want to risk losing a friend?

one of my questons was similar to urs my best friend is a guy and over the years i have developed a crush on him but i started thinking about itand it came up to if we date and break up we may not be friends so i would rather him be a friend in my life then not in it at all. but if ur guy accepts anything friends or more then y not go for it.

You want to ask him out, and you want to go out with him, and you do have feelings for him...
If he doesn't accept and you lose the relationship, then you never had it.
