I believe it shouldn't because if it is, that might be the first step in nationalisation. That is when the government slowly starts taking over companies and the media without the people noticing since they are doing it slowly. As everyone knows, history repeats itself and in the past nationalization has lead to authoritarian governments almost all the time. Do you really want an authoritarian government.
