I always try to understand what's caused them to lie first before I react. It's tough to take back when you lose it on someone.
It depends on the context though...Some things are hard to forgive.

Depends on who it is and how serious the lie. Sometimes I confront them directly, sometimes I ignore it, and sometimes, when it really pisses me off, I will exact revenge in a subtle, undetectable way.

I try to let them embarrass themselves by fessing up. I just repeat the parts of the story that don't match up so that they know that I know.
