Bloating: Gas buildup in the stomach and intestines
Bloating is the common term for gas buildup in the stomach and intestines. It's often accompanied by abdominal pain — either mild and dull or sharp and intense. Passing gas or having a bowel movement may relieve the pain.
Fatty foods are often the culprit. Fat delays stomach emptying and can increase the sensation of fullness.
Bloating may also be related to:
Stress or anxiety
A gastrointestinal infection or blockage
Irritable bowel syndrome, a condition characterized by abdominal pain or cramping and changes in bowel function
Conditions in which the intestines aren't able to digest and absorb certain parts of food, such as celiac disease or lactose intolerance
To reduce bloating, it may help to avoid fatty foods and gas-producing items such as:
Broccoli
Baked beans
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Salads
Carbonated drinks
Chewing gum
Hard candy

Are you drinking enough water? Bloating can occur when you are dehydrated, as the body desperately holds onto the water it has, unsure of when it will get more.
Also, cutting back on sodium (salt) helps.

I'm not sure what the problem would be, but you should probably see a doctor if eating that little is causing you so much pain.

1) drink lots of water - cleans the system out
2) don't eat HOURS before you go to bed or it won't be digested
3) eat breakfast - it boosts your matabolism first things in the day
4) eat only a lil at the time but eat frequently
=D

You may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). See a doctor. They will be able to help you out with meds (if necessary) or can suggest digestive enzymes that may help out.

If you don't like medication, try taking digestive enzyme tablets with your meals. Also, use a body cleanser that you can pick up in the vitamin/herb aisle.

get beano. it's a natural enzyme tablet that reduces gas. You may also want to talk to your doctor; acid reflux causes gas problems.
