How do i know if i have a PCI-E slot as opposed to the more common PCI?

I opened my computer and saw a short green slot which my AGP video card is plugged in

and also 3 longer white slots..which are PCI? or are they PCI-express?

I have a Dell Dimension 4600 thats about 3-4 years old.

By the way good choice if i had a dell it would be that board it supports a p4 3.06and your slot is AGP

the first four are PCI Express, the last one is standard PCI

They're PCI

PCI-E is too new to be in that computer.
