Me and my couson are 2 young kids trying 2 get a record deal but i dont know who to talk to or where to start we have made about 11 song already we just dont know what to do next so any producers or people can help please help or give me a couple of tips

Get an agent, send your songs to record labels, pass out demo's of your songs around your area. Do everything to get your name out there.

Just play around a lot in a major city and promote like crazyyyy. That will at least get you signed to an indie label. Getting a major label deal, however, will require you to either A) Become one of the most popular indie rock groups on the market (that's how the Decemberists and Death Cab got on to major labels) or B) Have a musical style that is typical of the times and have the ability to craft pop hit

you do realize that 99% of the people who try to make it in the music industry, don't, right?

I would suggest doing something more productive.
