you download the zip then copy the folder that is inside it, and paste that folder into your Program Files\World of Warcraft\interface\addons\ folder

what game? if you're talking about wow go to curse-gaming.com I suggest the Titan Panel there are lots of little extras and coords on it. It's a VERY basic UI
