where should i start reading to see what happens in naruto shipuuden?

In the manga, naruto's return form his 3-year training is at chapter 245.. which is the start of the naruto shipuuden. The previous chapters is the story behind kakashi's sharingan. :D

you can start reading from the 1st chapter. as naruto play is always shipuuden.
