i used to be, i went through really bad times when i questioned my reason for existing, the meaning of life and really why that rain cloud always seemed to follow me, i cried all the time, i didn't leave the house for like about 7 months, but i got sense and decided that i would stop the self pity and do something about it, you don't realise how hard it was to take that step, to admit your inner turmoil to your family let alone strangers(doctors), but there was hope and still is, with the simple knowledge that other people have similar experiences and get through it.

sorrow is remembering all the bad things you have done in your life and i think everyone who has answered your question here has a little bit of sorrow in their lives, including me!

never was till my dad was diagnosed with cancer 5 days ago.im so sad at the mo but trying to be happy 4 my kids sake they idolise him and i have 2 tell my daughter ,who worshipped him shes almost 8 and whats killing me is he may not see her making her communion and his grandson is getting christened on sunday and he cant be there.
