I was able to go to the site just fine. It worked for me in Firefox, Internet Explorer 7, and Netscape 4.8. If you can't get to the site, I'm guessing it's because you have your security setting too high or the content is being blocked by your sysadmin or your ISP.
I don't know what you've already tried, but you could delete your temporary internet files and cookies. If you are using Firefox with Ad Block you could make sure you haven't blocked the site. Maybe you need to have java installed on you computer or some other plug-in.
What kind of computer are you using? Browser, internet connection, processor speed, RAM, etc.
Another thought related to security, do you have cookies disabled? Some sites require cookies. If it's one of those sites you should get a warning that it won't work without cookies, but that doesn't mean they forgot to program the warning.

That IS weird. It works with me. Did you refresh the page? Did you ask your friends what THEY did to get on? Did you ask your friends for a direct link via E-mail? Did you go to the help section for your internet? Did you try a different browser? Try these things. Maybe the reboot messed it up. Or maybe it's the cookies? I don't know for sure, but it should work if you try these things.

If it doesn't load either refresh the page, if you have pop-blocker disable (it for that page, if you want) or go to control panel, network and Internet connections and click on Internet options. From their go to the general tab delete history, files and cookies. If that doesn't work click on the privacy tab and read your options.

My guess is you have some adware/spyware
going on. I clicked on your link and it did fine.
Adware/spyware sometimes tries to channel
your searches to where they want you to go.
And block some sites. I've had it hapen dozens of times. If you have XP. Do a system restore and run your spyware/antivirus programs.
Also go into your control panel, internet options,
and sheck out your security settings, your cookie settings may have been adjusted.

Ok you said you delelted cookies...what about the cache such as the temporary internet files?
Sometimes they get overlooked so try that and then restart the browser.

It sounds to me that you have your cookie blocker on, go into Internet preferences and make sure you have your cookie blocker off.

Your teacher should have given you the web address of the site to which you should upload your assignments. There should also be instructions on how to upload documents.

if you have more than one browser installed on your computer, try using a different one. also, make sure all your other applications are closed, as sometimes this slows down your computer.
