Are there any other kinds of 13 year olds?

Seriously though, unless it's something small like babysitting or a newspaper-tossing job, I would recomend something playing off any talents you may have. If you're artistic, make some crafts and try selling them, maybe on eBay or something. If not, maybe look into tutoring younger kids or your peers in school in a subject you're knowledgable in. The key is to play off your talents.

No unless you can find jobs around the neighborhood washing cars or cutting grass maybe you can take a class for babysitting you are 13 and there are child labor laws.

Well you could do babysitting, or help out in other places. If your family owns a business or something I think its legal to work there, thats what everyone in my family does. I've heard of people doing paper routes, or at this time of year, you could shovel snow. Or maybe clean your house and get a little money? But otherwise no.

Get a job with a local farmer and help move bales from the baler to the wagon. It's demanding but I make around $250 a summer!

Nope, Child Labor Laws prevent employment of anyone under the age of 16, and even if they could hire someone under 16, they wouldn't because insurance for that employee would be way too high.

You can still do odd-jobs like babysitting, mowing lawns, or pooper-scooper-ing (lol).

Two ideas; My wife started an aromatherapy business FUN, HEALTHFUL, and lucrative.
The second one, your mom could start up a Quick cleaning company, also quite lucritive,
and in a few years you take over, hire 2 or3 cleaning peeps and your redy to retire.

Yeah, I'm 12 but I do plenty of jobs. Sadly, I do babysitting (hell), odd jobs such as mowing lawns and such, you know. If you ask a pet store or something they'd probably let you get a job.

Elementary school floor sweepers. You help clean up the school after school hours are over. Gives you some good spending money.
