I bought some Trojan-enz lubricated condoms 7 months ago an didn't use them all. I used a few of them last week and it seemed like the lubrication has gone bad and was creating way to much friction for my girlfriend. We stopped using them but I'm just wondering if the lubrication can go bad.

The condoms expire in 2011, and were safe in the original box the entire time.

I've seen condoms dry out, but they gotta be really old or opened.
I'm not bragging, but I have a lot of sex and have used condoms for years. I've found I like the Lifestyles brand the best. Try different one until you find one you like. I prefer the lubricated ones without the spermicide. I think some websites even sell sampler packs. Good Luck.

Yeah it can. I've never heard about the lubrication going dry that quickly, usually there is an expriation date on the side of the wrapper. If it was the spermicidal lubricant maybe that has something to do with it.
I would just buy some new ones if I were you.

yes, they can dry out eventually. Even the littlest hole can dry them out. Most condoms have an expiration date too, check for that. I would throw them away.

Were they in a cool place. Sometimes if u keep them in a hot place the lubricat would not work.

where did you store them? it may have gone bad if they were stored in an area that was too warm...condoms do better if they are kept cool....
good luck

I always add more lube, I never am happy with what comes with them.
