There were recently cheap rush tickets on sale for a Celtics-Rockets game, and I went ahead and reserved a couple without asking him. It turned out that they only had 12 tickets available, and I got the last ones.
The dilemma is, I found out later that his best friend also wanted to go with him, but was too late on the tickets. What should I do? I really want to hang out with my boyfriend too-- we don't do it as much as before. But I feel like I should get the tickets and give them to the guys so they can hang out and my bf can have a guy's night out... which I know he really likes.
What should I do? Am I being too nice, or am I being selfish?

Give your bf the tickets, and let him decide who goes with him.

Are you a big time bball fan? And do you watch with him? See, if this were me and my girl got me the tickets to our team's game she'd go cos she's a big fan as well. But if she wasn't, she'd probably just let me go with a friend who is as into it as I am.
Cos see, if you're just going to spend time with your boyfriend but aren't as into the game, you're just going to be let down by the evening. You all can hang out other times. Go to dinner the day before the game (or before the game).
If you want to spend together time with your boyfriend, don't do it while his attention is going to be on the bball game.

I would be thrilled if my wife got me basketball tickets and wanted to enjoy the game with me. If you show interest in the game to start conversation, he will appreciate it. If you try to pull his attention away from the game, he may like it less. Go with him, but be a basketball fan.

see if the guys will help you pay for half the tickets,,if not treat them out and have them treat you later at the game and after the game

go with your bf. boys like chicks that like to do things that the boys do but not everything. so this is a good thing to do for you to get your relation ship back on track!
