if you do equal work.

often times when people partner together, one will be doing more work than the other. take a partnership of flipping houses. one person might just be funding the flip, and the other will be doing all the work. i think the person doing the work would be entitled to more money (reasonably) than the funder.

talk it over with your partner, figure out your roles and decide amongst yourselves what is the best option. make sure it is in writing so you can be protected (and your partner can be, too) in the future in case of disputes.

If you do the same work..u should..partnership is usually 50/50..however if you have different responsibilities the pay should be dispersed accordingly
