I love french fries, but generally I'm not interested in more than one type at once.

Probably not, but I have pondered on the idea of opening a restaurant with great fries and about 30 dipping sauces. This type of restaurant I would visit.

Absolutely!!!!!!such as cajun fries..............buffalo wing sauce fries...............cheese fries with chilli etc.........all go well with beer!
PS If you ever come up with a lo carb fry, you'll make a million!!

No way....they're too fattening and they get stuck in your throat if you don't have anything to wash them down with.
