EMERGENCY!! NEED help!!?

ok so my friend wants to kill herself, she says her dad is an alcoholic and beats her and swears at her, and he doesnt care about her, and shes tired of it, she said she might kill herself, and wishes that she can kill her dad, what do i do? and she has a nice mom but her parents are 40 and they ARENT Married yet, they are bf and gf, but her dad is crazy and her mom just doesnt listen, and she is really serious about killing herself or her dad.

talk to her and let her know how important she is to you....let some adult know, maybe your parents
