Once you purchase property, you can't sell it.

After looking over all those stats, I'd say either it's because you used cheats and damaged your save file (based this on the negative criminal rating.. negative criminal ratings only come from cheats.. Also, you got "Test Track", but you're missing the other one from the same section.. "Trial by Dirt"
