Diamante poem

Limeric poem

Heres a limerick at any rate... maybe it will inspire you to write your own
He was dressed as a mouse
She screamed "he's in the house!!"
It was really wild!
not at all mild!
But in the end she got the louse!
Haiku:
Sunlight in windows
I love the bright yellow beams
It inspires me
Diamante:
square
symmetrical, conventional
shaping, measuring, balancing
boxes, rooms, clocks, halos
encircling, circumnavigating, enclosing
round, continuous
circle

Here's a couple of Haiku's, I've been old a it of poetry that I write is dark or emo.

Rain drops on roses
Will no longer cry for me
Because you are here

Just remember
Before raindrops are rain
They were once teardrops

Roses will bloom
when the clouds open up
From the tears cried

The opposite of
Pain is not being joyful
But my love for you

Umm, I'm not much of a poet, but haiku is easy. just one line w/5 silables then one with 7 and one with 5 again. It doesn't have to even rhyme.

Ex... and don't laugh

Blocked mind, empty head
I have no clue what to write
Where do I begin?

Touch pen to paper
Not caring who will read this
And write steadily

I don't know!!!! I told u i'm no poet. Mix it up. Change it around. I feel so dumb right now. let me go hide in the corner.
