It would really depend on a lot of things. I think all state's laws are different. Are there kids involved? What sort of property is there? If you need advice I would probably check with an attorney.

State laws are different. Basically everything is 50/50 in no fault states. But, When I got divorced in a no fault state, my wife was leaving the state and didn't want to pay child support. So she let me keep all my retirement and more then half our stuff. Once she signed the division of property, which meant she agreed, and the judge signed it, She only got was ordered. The order part comes in the fact that once the judge signs it you have to follow through in dividing it per the divorce decree. Good luck

No, her lawyer gets a good some also, so does the mans lawyer, the county clerk gets a fee, court clerk gets a little money. And the state of course will take a little. Kids if there are any get a lot of money. Then of course there are the unseen cost of the divorce, IRS, loss of property, rent when you move out, eating out a lot. Automobile,"she will get the better".
so no she doesn't get it all, you just don't have any left.

it all depends on the situation. Like the other person said property, kids, assets, whatnot. I have an idea for you. I'm a member of it myself its very helpful for questions like this to have real lawyers answer them and aid you in the right way. check out the website www.prepaidlegal.com
Its legitimate, look up its stock ticker ppd if you question it, but i wouldn't suggest it if i didn't use it myself. contact me and watch the video on the website if interested.

Not always it depends on the circumstances especially if they been married for along time and the guy steps out or if he has kids and they of course can't be deprived and the man has to pay child support and keep health insurance on them..

Not in Texas ant more, usually it's split up 50/50. In Texas more than 60% of child support is paid by women now

uh....no.

community property is split in half. if he supported her throughout the marriage, he'll probably pay alimony, but if they both supported each other- no alimony. if she supported him, guess what? he can get (p)alimony. if there are kids involved, the non-custodial parent pays child support. if they have joint custody, guess what? no child support.
how long the couple was together can also play a big part.
but yeah, the answer to your question....no.
