Yep, I have lived here all of my (short) life. We're friendly for the most part. It gets really hot in the summer, upwards of 85º most days. Don't burn all of your long clothes, because the winters are still cold. It's been down around 15º some mornings this year. Some of the attractions down here are the Zoo- Don't go in the summer, because it gets miserably hot, the Botanic gardens-good for picnics, etc and free to enter the main gardens but there's an admission price for the Japanese gardens, located inside of the main gardens, Mayfest and the stockshow- only at certain times of the year, and can get crowded sometimes. If you have any other specific questions, you can email me (dogzfreak02@yahoo.com) Hope you enjoy Fort Worth!

Hi , i have lived in fort worth half of my childhood and i loved it!From this day and on i still go to Fort worth to visit.Although i have lived in the "southside" of town which is "kinda" a ghetto(full mexicans) part of town as well as the "northside" it's not too bad.Warning:"Eastside" of fortworth is the worst!(Just for your info).Other than that Fortworth can be or is a fun place to live if you want it to be!
Also,If you like mexican food go check out this awesome, best, fresh, homemade resturant called "Esperanza". Its off Main St. over by the stockyards and Billy Bob .You wont be disappointed!
I wish you the best.And enjoy !
