I'll answer # 10 for you. I'll leave the other 9 for others to answer. Should be interesting to see where all the answers come from.

10) Straighten a paper-clip. Look for a small pin-hole on the front of the drive. Insert the clip through the hold and push in. You should be able to open the drive.
