Did anyone watch this earlier on?
I thought it was so sad and touching and vowed to stop comfort eating.what about you?

Lol - you should have heard me and my husband. How we are going to stop eating biscuits and how we are going to eat lots more fruit and veg etc etc.
I hope that they do a follow programme for this girl and see how she goes on after, say, a year. I'm not usually a softy pot, but I wish that girl all the best.

I didnt but just hearing about it makes me want to loose weight. Poor girl I wish I had seen it. I hope she finds the strength to loose weight. Right if she can I can. I hope my sister doesnt try after having a 3 year old daughter she is as skinny as a rake.
