I go to a private Christian school and we have to wear polos in only 5 colors (ugly colors lol) and khakis. You can still look cute with a uniform. Try getting lots of fun accessories (earrings, headbands, bracelets, purses) and try curling your hair sometimes. ♥

Well what kind of popular are you talking about? Preppy popular? That would be like get your jeans and polo from American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch or Hollister. And well be nice though, don't be snobby. And make sure you always look good. Keep you hair clean and do a simple pretty makeup.
