lololol Hey its me Ritza, and i know you're doing the test for Mr. Parker.. The answer is Prince Henry the navigator. It obvious its in his name lol. Hey however this is um u can ask me the questions because i finish my test just ask before monday~later

Henry the Navigator of Portugal was one. But it is not a novel idea, so lots of other people would have started them as well.
