I dont know how to swallow the pills, so can i put them in my food and chew them up? Will they still work the same for growing hair long fast? Answer please!!!!!!! This is one of my goals for 2007 and i'm trying to achieve it

I used to not be able to swallow pills either, but I got over it by forcing myself to do it. But.....I wouldn't chew them, I would just break them into very small pieces and swallow them one by one with a big mouth full of drink, that way you can't tell it's there. They also make liquid vitamins that you can add to drinks, but you may have to look in a specialty store.

I'm not an expert but it should be ok to chew them, they'll be digested either way whether you chew or swallow whole. Ask your Doctor to be on the safe side because some pills can only be swallowed whole and not chewed. (I have never heard of prental hair vitamins) He(the Doc) should be able to answer this over the phone. To make swallowing them whole, first drink some water,juice or whatever, then when you go to take the next swallow of water, slip the pill in your mouth quickly. It should go down, sometimes it takes a couple of tries before you can get it down. Good Luck!

You can chew the vitamins but they are not going to taste very good.
