I've been to Paris and london, and dover. And I would love to go there again! There accents are to die for!

Definitly Spain because I speak a little spanish, but for the country sights, I would go to Ireland and Scottland, Switzerland and Sweden, for the urban sights, Italy, France, and England.
Better yet why don't you just take one of those train tours that goes through the better part of the continent in one trip, that way there is less booking, and only one ticket to worry about.

First Croatia because Adriatic coast is one of the most beautiful and the water is CLEAN! Very old culture and rich history, and many unique and beautiful sights to see. Than Italy with so many cultural and historical sights that you can spent years before you see them all. And finally Spain with so many diversity in culture and architecture, very friendly people, beautiful language and great food.
That would be TOP THREE but there are many more worth visiting.
Just go to Europe and you can't miss!!!

I currently live in Germany so I have a good opportunity to travel. So far, London is by far my favorite. It may be because they speak English, which is frustrating about Germany.
