yes, and i'm still whining about it! why?
my posted Q: " would everyone on P&S give yourselves a round of applause for all your great questions this morning??? "
within minutes, i had 16 positive replies, and many of them thanked me for the compliment.
a few minutes later, the "Q" was deleted and i got a violation notice: NOT A QUESTION.
like uuuhhhh, WHAT!!!??? how does that fail to be a "Q", and who the h-e-double hockey sticks would report something so upbeat and positive???
the violation had been protested!

I asked it if you think the woman that you love is at her sexiest when she has bed hair and it got deleted. I rephrased the title and asked the question exactly the same way and they let it go through and I got alot of answers.

Yep, I asked if anyone was independently wealthy would they buy me a new car. It was deleted for being 'a personal ad'. It was just a joke, Jeez! I've received violation notices for a lot of my answers too.
