Help!.......?

Something was wrong with my computer and it wouldnt come on for about 4 days so i just rebuted it (spelling)
and now everything is deleted
i used to have AIM and now its gone..am i going to have to download it again?
And also my tool bar is google. How do i change it to yahoo toolbar, do i have to download it?

First, try restarting the PC again. Sometimes when there is a problem, Windows will start up with a desktop profile that is almost like new. Also try shutting down and unplugging all power for at least 15 minutes to let everything reset.

Try starting up again and see if your programs come back. If not, reintsall them.
