I'm wondering if the height of the basketball rim of my high school gym or any normal gym is as high as the ones in professional gyms such as the nba ones. and what about the from throw line distance, is that the same or different on the two kinds of gyms? because if they are the same, then nba players should all have a 99% free throw accuracy.

the height of goal is always 10 ft and 15 ft to the
free throw line, but in pro the 3pointers are 5 ft longer

Yes they are all same. 10ft tall goals and 15 ft to the back of the rim. The problem for taller guys i.e: anything over 6'6" is the angle. The taller you are the harder it is to get the arc of the ball so it will go in.
