Any biological supply house will have hem, often seperated by species. Here's one but there are many, many others:

i had to learn about these guys for my invertebrate zoology course last semester!

one thing i would suggest is to try and get in touch with the zoology/biology department of your closest university or college, and ask them where they order their live specimens from. tell them you're looking for planaria.

another option, possibly easier but maybe not as reliable, is to see if you can special order flatworms your local fish store.

Not sure why you need them, but here's a source: https://www2.carolina.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=10101&storeId=10151&categoryId=575&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=1285|83|1009&pageNum=1&catLevel=2&bottom=Y&top=N
