So, you are saying she is stalking you? Or that she is calling the police everytime she sees you, because she thinks you are stalking her? Your not being very clear. If she is calling the cops on you, then she must be scared of you. Maybe you should go down to the courthouse and get a no contact order. On the form, write the situation, and that you do not wish to have any contact with her. This will give you the opportunity to let her know that you are not interested in "stalking" her, and that you are not interested in being "stalked" by her. The order will place you as the petitioner; giving you the benefit in a situation where she calls the police on you, because you are the one that requested relief and no further contact. It will also force her to be the one who has to get off the bus.

you should call a lawyer; many have free consultations. depending on the specifics of the situation you may be able to call the police on her. however, if you don't want it to come back to bite you in the end, make sure that you tell your lawyer the ENTIRE story.
if she has a no contact order against you, or an injuction/restraining order against you, stop taking the same bus! you have to face the fact that while those orders are in place, you can't just "get on with" your life. you are responsible for staying away from her, no matter how unfair you might think that it is. even if she contacts you in those situations, you are the one that will get arrested, (however, if she's making a habit of trying to contact you, you need to notify your lawyer and document each contact.) but it is not stalking or causing trouble if she is maintaining her schedule, or changes her schedule to try to stay away from you, but you keep showing up.
i know strange things happen when relationships go sour, but reporting that you are on the same bus that she is if she has no legal standing to do so is highly improbable unless there is either an underlying mental illness or experience that leads her to believe that she has cause to report you.

im sorry to hear that! My ex husband did that to me when i was married!! it was terrible, but i may not personally have the right advice for you but i do have an option. If you want some legal advice that wont cost you an arm and a leg up front, and pay for it like a montly insurance policy, check out www.prepaidlegal.com (it is a legitimate company, ppd is their stock ticker) they might be able to help you or at least give you some advice that and i wouldnt suggest it to anybody else if i didnt use it myself.

Buy your self a hat and dark sun glasses. Then grow a beard, start training so your body shape changes. Oh yeah trow away the clothes she saw you wearing.
Then she wont even recognize you so no more trouble.

You should thank your stars to be so blessed as to be stalked by this woman, who incidentally will one day hunt you down in the middle of the night and kill you. You should not shy away from her but confront her. If she is on the same bus, walk right up to her and start a conversation- in point of fact, make her so uncomfortable as to make her want to avoid you like the plague.
