There are alot of (Reasons) why a 45 yr. old man think about (CHEATING) It could very well be that his (Wife) cheated on this Man in the past. This Man could be acting-out because, He somehow found-out that She had some kind of (Affair) w/another man younger than Himself, & is trying to get back at His Wife because, She may have gone-out behind his back w/another Man alot younger than Himself,so the older Man is now thinking that by going out w/a younger Woman, He is or has somehow have gotten back at His Wife w/a younger Woman, to sort of makeing it now even between the Wife & Himself. Some men have a hard time with growing old. If you look at the cheaters past you will 99% of the time find a man that never had a hard time meeting women when they where young,so when they get to a certain age even if they are happy in the marriage will have the urge to prove to themselves that they still "Have it" you can say it's somewhat of a mid-life crisis..on the other hand there are guys who never had it easy "for a lack of a better word" picking up women. Then when they get older they get a bit of money and mature and have a sophisticated look to them and women start to notice them, the sudden attention will make some men do stupid things like cheat on their wives.Then there's the other catagory "men who are just pigs"..some men just don't know what they have and don't appreciate it.

Simple a 45yr old man wants to feel younger and it is a huge boost to his ego to just get the attention of a younger woman , let alone get her in bed .
Let's face it younger women are usually (not always) prettier, no signs of ageing, they are more open minded to try things , they are more willing to role play and fantasize. They are usually hornier and willing to go at it whenever wherever.
He might still love his wife , however he is selfish , and is probably having self esteem issues or could be suffering from depression.
There is no justifying his actions and he will most likely not change his ways once he has a young piece of ***.
As for the 20 something yr old..she is either after his money , thinks he is really in love w her, thinks he is single , or has some ulterior motive.
The whole situation is wrong.. and sad i feel for all parties involved

But I think we all know by now that young women like older more mature men as a rule and men like...well we like hot young chicks.

Well the question could be turned around, why would a 20 year old want to be with a 45 year old. Well, most young girls like older men because of their maturity level and possessions. They have steady jobs, a cars(s), and a house(es).

Older men like younger women, for...yes sex. Usually, younger women are more attractive than older women. These type of men are not looking for love...their looking for tail...a trophy wife/girlfriend.

I think you pretty well guessed it only at 45, the wife should be at her sexual peak. The same old thing does get boring but it's no reason to cheat. There is NEVER a reason for cheating.

Happened to me, and I am an advertising model. My husband of twenty years went back to University at 42 and started dating a 21 year old. Why, I never could get the answer he seemed to be in la la land. And look at Christy Brinkley's husband and his eighteen year old assistant! It happens.

Because he is bored with his marriage, and apparently does not know the ramifications that will follow once he steps out on his wife.

He thinks he can just mess around with the twenty year old, have sex,.and to feel like he is young again, have no obligation to the twenty year old, and just walk away if he wants to, because of his marriage vows.

The twenty year old should just walk away and tell the guy to get lost.
