you can look on your area section 8 web page and see what are the requirements and advertise your property with them or if you look for the tenants and you advertise in the newspaper- put something like this- section 8 welcome and wait for prospect tenants to contact you. They will came with the voucher from section 8 for how much rent they have been approved and how big property they can rent (2 bth, 4 bth, e.t.c). After you will sign the lease with them, section 8 will send the inspector to inspect the property and after this , you are ready to go. they will come every year to inspect the property and there is nothing unusual about this inspection, then with regular tenants.

Go to your local section 8 office..They will help you get qualified and then when you find a home(apartment).they will do a check on it..New york offices have a one year lease thats signed by you and landlord..Other states may vary..

All you have to do is go to your nearest Section 8 office and leave your information with them . Provided you have a CO.
