Yes.
Depending on what point you're at in your cycle your breasts can get slightly bigger or smaller.
If you start or stop hormonal birth control they can change size.
And as pointed out above, if you lose or gain weight they can also get bigger or smaller.

When my wife lost a good bit of post-pregnancy weight, hers got smaller too. It can be related to overall body fat loss, because that is what most of the content of them is.

yes your boobs can shrink . mostly if you lost weight

Yeah if you loose wait you can loose some of the fat in your boobs
