I like this guy and I'm more than sure that he liked me. At the beginning of the school year, he would always look at me directly in the eyes. I told myself that I was going to tell him that I like him when I felt ready. But, right after christmas break, he ignored me. He still does.
Did I wait too long? Should I still tell him? If so, how? I don't want to do it face to face because he's always with his friends.

If you weren't ready to talk to this guy about your feelings for him, then you did not wait too long. You could have waited the entire school year and if you didn't feel ready, it STILL wouldn't have been too long. You need to stay at your own pace, and in your own comfort zone.
It's unfortunate that this guy seemed to "change his mind" but it's not the end of the world. Maybe he's the type of guy that can't stick to one girl - he needs a variety to keep him happy. If so, he's not worth your time anyway, so you shouldn't be upset. This guy, however, is clearly missing out on a great girl, so it's his loss.
He may have been intimidated by his friends or somebody else, or he may just have lost interest. In high school (which I am assuming you are in??) guys are confused about who to like and whether or not to stick to their crushes. It's a phase and most guys end up going through it at one time or another.
If you want to tell him you like him it may HAVE to be face to face if you want to drive a clear message to his mind. You could phone him as well, or perhaps email, but it wouldn't be as effective. Plus, on email/phone, people tend to say things they wouldn't usually have the nerve to say face-to-face and its just like a shortcut out. Don't take shortcuts - if you take the long way, your results will be more promising in the end. Find a time when he isn't with his friends (he can't be with them 24/7!) such as right when you leave a class. If you have the same class, lunch period, etc. that he does not share with his friends, you can deliver whatever you want to say immediately afterwards.
Afraid of stuttering or blushing in front of him?? If you're afraid of stammering, plan out briefly what you are going to say before you talk with him. Do not drive yourself crazy trying to memorize a speech for him, but get a vague idea of what you want to say. Don't come on too strong, either, or he may feel 'on the spot' and edgy. As for the blushing, a common and helpful tip would be TRY to make yourself blush! If you're trying to force yourself to blush, it won't work, or the rosiness won't be as strong.
I hope you figure out what you are going to do soon, and when you do find the nerve to talk to him, I hope that everything goes smoothly. :)
Good luck!

i think he ignores you because you didnt tell him, hes scared because he thinks you didnt like him, or he's under the influence of his friends that your no good. Find a way to call him, email him, or message him on myspace to talk to him. Tell him how u feel. Be compassionate.

I thought in your other question, you said you were shy and never had a date but now you are sure a boy likes you? Anyways, just talk to him. When he is with friends, ask him if he could talk to you for a moment. If you really like him, forget your shyness and go for it.
