I don't want to come across as sarcastic, but I'd suggest remedial English and spelling.

The best thing to do is to search for universities and colleges on line. Do you want to go to school close to home, if you plan on moving away from home does the school offer housing or help you find a place to stay.
Look at all the schools in the area you want to attend and see what programs they offer. Look at all the courses you will have to take for each program and that will help you decide if it's for you or not. if your taking a course in clothing design will you have to take history courses?, Does the school require a general first year? some universities require a year of academic subjects, math, science, engligh, even if your taking a program in basket weaving.
How big is the school? How many people are in the classes? Who are the teachers, do they have real -world experience?
If it's possible take a tour of the school before you attend, how are you treated, what are the facilities like? Also see if you can find some people online who take the courses your interested in and see what their experiences have been like. My school has handed out e-mail addresses of potential students to members of my class before because they were unsure about the course. See if the school could do something similar.
